The cookies and similar technologies Paleo Life Coach uses.

You can browse every recipe, meal plan and food list on paleolifecoach.com without signing in. The cookies involved are mostly set by the measurement and advertising services below.

Cookies on this site

  • Essential: the site can’t run without them.
  • Analytics: give us an overall picture of how people use the site.
  • Advertising: placed by Google AdSense and its partners so ads can be shown and counted.

Google Analytics

The analytics cookies come from Google Analytics. It reports totals to us, for example how many people opened a recipe, which country they were in and whether they came from a search engine. Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every website.

Google AdSense

Ad vendors outside our company, Google included, rely on cookies to choose ads from your previous visits here and elsewhere. Google’s cookies let it and its partners use that history for ads. Switch off personalized ads at Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info/choices.

With personalization off you still see adverts. They are matched to the page, so a chicken recipe may carry a cookware or grocery ad. Google selects the adverts and we do not vet the products in them.

Scripts and files from other companies

Outside services that load with a Paleo Life Coach page
Service What it does here
Google AdSense Shows and measures advertising
Google Analytics Counts visits and page views
Google Fonts Supplies the typefaces
Cloudflare Delivers pages and measures loading speed
SEOJuice (cdn.seojuice.io) A search-optimization script that loads with each page

Each service receives your IP address and browser details when your browser requests its files, as happens with any web server.

Stores you reach through a link

If you follow a link from this site to a shop, that shop sets its own cookies under its own policy. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains how commission links work.

Blocking cookies

Block or delete cookies in your browser; some pages may then break.

The privacy section of your browser settings is where you clear cookies, refuse third-party cookies or open a private window. Settings are stored per browser, so make the same choices on each device you cook from.
