This is how Paleo Life Coach researches, writes, checks and updates its recipes and guides, and how you can tell us about a mistake.
Every fact needs a source
Factual claims on this site should be traceable. When we mention a statistic, a study or how something works in the body, we link to a credible source, and we prefer peer-reviewed research, recognized professional bodies and qualified clinicians or dietitians. We never make up studies, numbers or quotes. If something is common practice or our own editorial opinion rather than documented fact, we label it that way.
A person checks every guide
Articles are approved by the Paleo Life Coach editorial team, and the team answers for their accuracy. We use research and drafting tools to collect information, but machine-generated text never goes out unedited. Before a guide is published, someone on the team checks the facts against the sources.
Corrections
Email [email protected] with the page and the problem. We correct confirmed errors promptly and note significant changes on the page.
Updates
Nutrition science moves on. When the evidence changes, we revise our articles, and each one shows when it was published and last updated.
A word on health
Paleo Life Coach shares general nutrition information. It is not medical or dietary advice. Check with a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before you change how you eat, especially if you have a medical condition.
Ads, affiliate links and independence
Advertising, including Google AdSense, and some affiliate links pay for the site. Neither decides what we recommend, and we disclose affiliate links. Our Affiliate Disclosure has the details. RLB Internet Technology Solutions operates Paleo Life Coach.
