This policy covers the information Paleo Life Coach (“we,” “us”) collects on paleolifecoach.com. The site is operated by RLB Internet Technology Solutions.
Data we gather
- What you send us: an email to us gives us your email address and your message.
- What’s collected automatically: cookies and similar tools record technical details like IP address, browser, device, the pages you view and the site that referred you.
- What you search for: words typed into the site search box are sent to our server so it can return matching recipes and guides.
We do not ask for your weight, health conditions or eating history, and you do not need an account to read anything. If you write to us, there is no need to include medical details. We cannot give personal diet advice, as the Disclaimer explains.
How the information is used
Emails are used to answer you and to fix the recipe or guide you wrote about. Technical data is used in aggregate to see which pages people cook from, to find slow or broken pages, to keep the site secure and to show the advertising that pays for it.
Cookies and advertising
Cookies help run the site, measure visits and show ads. Our Cookie Policy goes into more detail.
Google AdSense. Ad vendors outside our company, including Google, rely on cookies to pick ads for you using your previous visits to paleolifecoach.com and to other websites. Google’s ad cookies are the mechanism Google and its partners use to serve those ads based on your visits to our site, other sites or both.
- Use Google Ads Settings to turn off ad personalization.
- Opt out of certain other vendors through aboutads.info/choices.
Measurement and other outside services
Visits are counted with Google Analytics. Pages also load typefaces from Google Fonts, a search-optimization script from SEOJuice, and are delivered through Cloudflare, which measures loading speed. Our web host keeps standard server logs and a security plugin screens requests for attacks. Each of these companies processes the technical data it receives under its own privacy policy.
Affiliate links
Some recipes and guides include affiliate links. If you buy something through one, we may earn a commission, and you pay the same price. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws like GDPR in the EU and UK or CCPA/CPRA in California may give you the right to access, fix or erase your data. Email [email protected] to make a request.
Include the email address you wrote from so we can locate your messages. For information held by Google, use the opt-out links above and your Google account controls.
Under-13s
Paleo Life Coach isn’t meant for anyone under 13. We don’t knowingly take in personal information from young children.
Policy changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date shown above.
